Based on the value chain theory , enterprise knowledge management is re searched. The value chain model of enterprise knowledge management is put forward and its support source and basic process is analyzed in depth. So that the view that enterprise knowledge management is the key to acquire competition advantages and to create value for the enterprise is explained sufficiently. In the end , the concept of virtual value chain - the new direction of the research in value chain ispointed out , which is used to show the influence on the enterprise knowledge management. Keyword
