摘 要 随着全国高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入，高校后勤在管理的范围和服务的质 量上都有了新的要求，原有简单、落后的管理方法和手段已经不能适应社会化改革 和市场竞争的要求。提高后勤管理水平、提高内部运行效率、增强服务意识已经成 为后勤实体生存与发展的必要条件。引进先进的计算机网络技术进行后勤全面的信 息化管理已经是后勤发展的必由之路。 本文首先分析了当前河南工程学院后勤管理的现状及其信息化服务的实际应 用情况，总结出所存在的一些问题；并根据河南工程学院的需求，提出了河南工程 学院后勤信息化服务管理系统的整体网络规划和系统的功能模块结构。 其次，本文详细论述了系统的具体实现方案以及开发过程中所涉及的一些关键 技术。主要介绍了基于 C/S 与 B/S 模式相结合的多层应用软件体系结构。采用目前 技术成熟和通用的 Web 应用服务开发技术 A ＋SQL Server2005，使用了母版 页技术，遵循程序“一次编写、随处运行”的原则，用来满足用户需要高可用性、 高可靠性以及可扩展性需求的高校后勤信息化服务管理系统的设计与实现过程。 最后，本文对系统存在的不足做出了分析，提出了相应的解决方案，为系统 进一步的完善和改进打下基础。 关键词：信息化管理系统，软件工程，C/S 与 B/S 模式 I ABSTRACT As the country logistics socialization reform, college rear-service in management of the scope and quality of service are the new requirements of original and simple, backward management methods and already can not adapt to the socialization reform and market competition requirements.
