关于BP神经网络的人力资源管理风险预警管控研究.pdf

摘要 本文以企业的人力资源管理风险为研究对象，尝试通过构建人力资源管理风险的预警 模型以实现对其的系统化和量化研究。具体研究内容如下：首先，总结了当前国内外的风 险管理研究现状，在现有人力资源管理风险研究不足的基础上，从岗位结构设计、招聘筛 选、员工培训、绩效考核、薪酬管理、职业发展设计和文化激励七个管理环节出发，揭示 出人力资源管理的21 个风险诱因，并对这21 个指标量化，最终形成一套较为科学的风险 诱因预警体系。然后，在论证将BP 神经网络应用于人力资源风险预警可行之后，本文以C 公司为案例，构建了结构为21-10-1 的三层BP 神经网络作为人力资源管理风险预警模型， 将其九个季度的人力资源管理数据作为实证数据，对预警模型进行训练和检测。实证分析 结果表明，BP 神经网络模型能有效地实现人力资源管理风险预警。最后，本文详细说明了 该预警模型的实际应用，并提出了具体的人力资源管理风险管控措施。 关键词：人力资源管理风险;风险诱因指标体系;BP 神经网络;风险预警;风险管控 I Abstract The thesis takes the human resource management risk as the object of study,and tries to study it systematically and measurably by establishing an early-warning system of the risk.The main contents are as follows:firstly,the thesis summarizes the existing reseaches. Based on the shortage of the reseaches on the risk of human resource management,it raises twenty one risk incentives from the seven human resource management activitise,such as designing the position and structure,recruitment,training, performance evaluation, compensation management,career development and culture inspiration,and finally establishs the inducement system of risk by categorizing the inducements.And then,the thesis proves that it’s feasible to using the BP neural network to warn the risk of human resource management. Taking the C interprise as the case of example,the thesis builds a three layer structure(21-10-1) BP neural network model, and uses its data of nine quarters to train and verify the early-warning model.The results show that BP neural network model can finish the early-warning work.At last,the thesis explains the application and raises a lot of specific measures of human resource management risk-guarding.
