摘 要 在知识经济蓬勃兴起的今天，伴随着管理者对人力资源管理方式的不断探讨，人性化的管理方法越来越受到人们的重视。“以人为本”是企业管理的核心和发展方向,人性化的原则是知识经济条件下现代企业人力资源管理的核心原则。真正树立“以人为本的管理理念，制定切实可行的用人机制，不断增强企业的向心力和凝聚力，是现代企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地的必然选择。企业人性化管理成了企业发展的必然需求。 人性化管理是现代企业管理发展的必然趋势，是人的全面发展对企业管理提出的要求。这一趋势的形成表明科学管理模式被人性化管理模式所扬弃，但真正的人性化管理必须具有科学管理的内核，体现人的发展与企业发展的统一。实施人性化管理最基本的要求是为员工营造一个成长和发展的大家庭式的环境和氛围，把个人生命价值的实现与企业经济价值的实现统一起来。 本文通过介绍人性化管理的内涵及实施策略，从企业人性化管理的意义出发, 在分析我国企业人性化管理现状的基础上, 提出了我国企业实施人性化管理的有效措施。 关键词 人性化管理； 模式； 策略 ABSTRACT In todays knowledge-based economy booming, along with the managers of human resources management continues to explore the management of humanity more and more attention.
