摘 要 网上支付是电子商务顺利发展的关键环节和基础条件。电子商务的迅猛发展,要求网上支付系统必须得到进一步发展。网上支付面临安全、信用、标准、监管和法规等,并提出通过加强网络设施建设、提高网上支付的安全性等措施来加强网上支付的管理,促进网上支付业务的健康发展。 【关键词】网上支付 障碍 解决措施 The Barrier of the On-line Payment Development and Solution Abstract On-line payment is the key link and the basic requirement of the electronic commerce smooth development. In recent years, on-line payment developed rapidly in various countries.It keeps on creating benefits for us, and has raised the transaction efficiency. As one kind of emerging service of the 21st century, on-line payment has been valued by more and more people depending on its low cost and convenient, the quick trading mode. At present in our country, the rapid development of the electronic commerce requests on-line payment system to have further development must.
