Tianmaoxi Specialty: Software Engineering School of Software Engineering Chongqing University October 2007 摘 要 EAM 是 Enterprise Asset Management 的缩写，即“企业资产管理系统” 。EAM 系统是在企业内部围绕设备资产从采购、安装调试、运行管理到转让报废的后生 命周期管理过程中，运用现代信息技术提高资产的运行可靠性与使用价值，降低 维护与维修成本，提高企业管理水平和人员素质，加强企业竞争力的一套管理系 统。它以企业资产、设备台帐为基础，以工作单的提交、审核、执行为主线，按 照故障维修、预防维修、以可靠性为中心的维修和状态检修等几种可能模式，跟 踪、管理资产的后生命周期过程。可以提高企业的检修效率、降低总体维修成本。 应用实践证明，EAM 系统非常适合资产品种多、对资产完好率和连续运转可利用 率要求高的资产和技术密集型的企业。 赤天化股份公司是国家大一型企业，属于典型的资产密集型、生产流程化的 化工企业。设备在企业总资产占有非常大的比例。化工企业的连续生产特点对设 备可靠性有非常高的要求，为此每年在设备维修维护上投入的资金占企业总管理 成本的 50 ％以上。应用 EAM 系统有利于赤天化降低维修成本、提高设备管理水 平，使维修工作在计算机的技术保障下，实行可控的、合理的、技术保证的、费 用最省的管理。 本文着重研究EAM 理论，并根据赤天化设备维修业务设计具有针对性的EAM 管理软件。 关键词：EAM ，设备管理，资产管理，企业管理，软件系统 I ABSTRACT EAM is the acronym for Enterprise Asset Management. EAM system is a management system ,in the life-cycle management process of enterprise assets from the procurement, installation commissioning, operation to transfer even reject.
