SHANDONGＵＮＩＶＥＲＳＩＴＹ　ＯＦ　ＴＥＣＨＮＯＬＯＧＹ 毕业论文 建筑施工行业成本管理 存在的问题及对策 学 院： 商学院 专 业： 会计学 学生姓名： 李纬霜 学 号： 0912151034 指导教师： 刘金芹 2013 年 6 月 摘 要 在二十世纪中叶，外国的研究人员就已经对建设施工行业项目的成本进行管理研究分析，同时一步步形成了现在的建设施工行业的成本管理方法。目前，我国建筑施工行业常用的基本竞争战略方法还维持着成本领先战略方法，建筑施工行业竞争越来越激烈，建筑施工市场的价格透明度更高，中国的建筑施工市场的开放程度也将越来越开放，与国际接轨是我国建筑施工行业的迫切需求。 最近几年来我国建筑施工行业有了相当大的发展，逐步已经成为了全国经济中流砥柱，但是社会中存在部分建筑施工行业企业正在被慢慢淘汰现象，我们需要改变这一社会现象，走出迷雾，就必须格外重视建筑施工行业的成本管理，建筑施工行业企业加强实施成本管理具有重大意义。首先是可以节省社会各种物资资源减少浪费，其次是可以了解确定自己生存发展优势，为建筑施工行业长远的发展打下坚实的基础，所以，本文选择建筑施工行业成本管理作为研究对象。 论文第一部分写作成本、成本管理等的相关概念。 论文第二部分写作在我国建设施工行业中成本管理中我所发现的问题。 论文第三部分写作我对我国建设施工行业中存在成本管理问题的意见想法。 关键词：建筑施工企业，成本管理，工程预算 ABSTRACT In the middle of the twentieth century, foreign researchers have to supervise and control the project cost of construction industry research and analysis, at the same time, step by step to form the present construction cost management method of the construction industry.
