矿山项目管理公司高技能人才培养和评价模式研究.pdf

摘 要 随着产业结构不断升级，高技能人才对矿山项目管理公司的生产经营活动发 挥着越来越关键的作用。如何培养和使用具备传统操作技能和较高科技含量的复 合型高技能人才，成为矿山项目管理公司提高生产经营效率的一个重要方面。从 矿山项目管理公司的现实发展情况来看，人才培养与评价方式的改进和提高，将 在一定程度上促进复合型高技能人才的成长，进而推动矿山项目管理公司的发 展。但是，通过初步调研得知，目前，国内大多数矿山项目管理公司的高技能人 才培养与评价模式情况堪忧，已经成为复合型高技能人才成长的瓶颈因素。另外， 在学术界，关于矿山项目管理公司高技能人才培养与评价模式的研究也不多见。 针对这些现实情况的迫切要求和理论研究的不足之处，本文打算致力于矿山 项目管理公司高技能人才培养与评价模式的研究，希望提出切实有效的对策和建 议，以推动矿山项目管理公司的发展，也为其他地区或别的行业高技能人才培养 与评价提供借鉴。 关键字：矿山项目管理;高技能人才;培养与评价;人力资源开发 I Abstract With the upgrading of the industry construction,talents with high-technical ability have been playing more and more crutial effects for Mines program management companies to product and management. How to cultivate and use talents with high-technical ability who have both traditional operationg skill and high science and technology knowledge? That question mentioned above have become the focus of Mines program management companies when raising the efficiency of production and management.From the realistic development of Mines program management companies,the improvement of the way of cultivating and appraising to talents,will promote compound talents with high technical ability to some extent.However, by making the primary investigation of some Mines program management companies, we know that most of companies have questions on cultivating and appraising way in China by now.That has become the bottleneck of the growth of compound talents with hign-technical ability.Moreover, ,in academic field,there are few people who have made studies on cultivating and appraising way of compound talents with high-technical ability about Mines program management companies.
