226 IMP HIRFLAnnualReport 2009 ingvoltage．Thereversecurrentisthesum ofseveralfactors，suchasthesaturationcurrent，thegenera— tion currentandthesurfaceleakagecurrent，inwhichthesurfaceleakagecurrentistheoverwhelmingone andtheothertwofactorscouldbeneglected．Thesurfaceleakagecurrentofthedetectordependsstrongly on the surface treatment， so in the fabricating process of the detectors，we have used the “AR— M ANTRoUT”methodtoreducethesurfaceleakagecurrent．Ithasbeenmeasuredthatwhentheworking voltageis300～ 1000 V ，thereverse1eakage—currentofthedetectoris0．01～ 0．02uA． For5．486MeV alphasoftheAm “a—source，thesingleenergy peak could beclearlyrecognized． Theenergyresolutionsforthe5×5pixelCdZnTedetectorweremeasuredonebyone。andtheresultswere showninTable1．Theaverageenergyresolutionforthis5×5pixelisbetterthat5．0 ．Inthesameway， wehadmeasuredtheenergyresolutionsforthe3×3pixelCdZnTedetector，andaverageenergyresolution isfoundtobebetterthan3．0 ． For662keV 7raysof ”Cs～source，the3×3pixeldetectorcouldseethe662keV peak。andthemeas— uredenergyresolutionsforeach unitwereshowninTable2，buttheaverageenergyresolutionismerely 16．56 ．Forthe5×5pixeldetector，unfortunately，nopeakcorrespondingtothe662keV rayscouldbe found．W eguessedthattheCdZnTesampleformakingthis5×5pixeldetectorisconsistedofpolycrystal insteadofsinglecrysta1． 5--10 Low LevelRF ControlSystem forHIRFL--CSRe CongYan，XuZhe，W angXanwu，W enLianghuaandYiXiaoping RF system isusedtocompensatethebeam energylOSSandprovidelongitudinalbunchingvoltage，in ordertoobtainsufficientbeam intensityand beam lifetime．TheRF station isoperated inthefrequency rangeof0．25～ 2．0M Hz，andmaximum acceleratingvoltageis10kV．Andthedesignedaccuracyrateof amplitude，phaseandfrequencyare1 ，±3。，±5。，respectively．Thesystem isconsistedbythreerood～ uIes— — phasecontroImodeI，amplitudecontrojmodelandfrequencytuningmodeI，andmainlyusesthe tec
