The Application of Computer Vision on the Classification
of Agricultural Products

Abstract :Computer vision technology is the use of digital image processing technology to assist human under-
standing of image information or the direct use of machines to replace human to identify the images． It can obtain
the important parameters and information of images without directly touching the measuring objects ，belongs to
the field of nondestructive detection． At present ，it is widely used in the classification of agricultural products．
This paper establishes fruit shape classification system with the apples and the pears from Dangshan ，for exam-
ple ，and the testing effect is good． The method provides the basic frack of thought and method for other agricul-
tural products classification ，with a certain reference value．
