浅论目标管理在餐饮服务质量中的应用

内容摘要: 随着我国经济发展,中国餐饮业也蓬勃发展,彼此之间竞争也日益激烈,餐饮服务质量的高低将关系到餐厅的生存和发展,也是衡量餐饮企业在市场竞争优势的关键元素。本文以餐饮服务为研究对象,根据餐饮服务及目标管理特点,探讨如何应用目标管理提高餐饮服务质量,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。
