　 环 　境 　科 　学 　研 　究 　　 第 19 卷 　第 4 期 Research of Environmental Sciences Vol . 19 ,No . 4 ,2006 泉州湾沉积物中有机氯农药含量及风险评估 王 　伟 , 祁士华 , 龚香宜 , 吕春玲 , 苏秋克 ( ) 中国地质大学 武汉 环境学院 ,湖北 武汉 　430074 ( ) ( ) ( ) 摘要 : 参照美国 EPA 8000 系列方法及质量保证质量控制 QAQC ,将泉州湾表层沉积物分为上 0 ～2 cm 、下 2 ～10 cm 2 ( ) 层 ,分析沉积物中有机氯农药 OCPs 含量特征. 结果表明 ,OCPs 含量由高至低依次为内湾 、秀涂 —石湖一线和外湾 ,吸附性强 的硫丹硫酸盐 、七氯环氧化合物倾向于在上层富集. 残留有机氯农药的降解主要发生在厌氧环境下 ,上层降解程度大于下层. 西南偏南向潮流造成来自江河的污染物长期滞留 ,降低了内湾 自净化能力. 对照 Ingersoll 风险评估标准 ,认为泉州湾上 、下层 沉积物中有机残留具有较高的生态风险性 ,会对该海域深水养殖和底栖食泥生物产生较大影响. 关键词 : 泉州湾 ; 沉积物 ; 有机氯农药 ; DDTs ; HCHs ; 风险评估 ( ) 中图分类号 : X522 　　　文献标识码 : A 　　　文章编号 : 1001 - 6929 2006 04 - 0014 - 05 Di stribution and Ri sk Evaluation of Organochlorine Pe sticide s Re sidue s in Surface Se diment fro m Quanzhou Bay WAN G Wei , QI Shihua , GON G Xiangyi , LV Chunling , SU Qiuke College of Environment Sciences , China University of Geosciences , Wuhan 　430074 , China Abstract : Concentrations of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) residues in Quanzhou Bay , were determined based on USEPA 8000 methods and under quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) . The surface sediment was divided into upper sediment (up to 2 cm of the bed sediment) and lower sediment (2～10 cm) . The results show that concentrations of OCPs are in the order of inner bay , XiutuShihu and offshore area from high to low.
