论企业核心竞争力及提升途径?【摘要】：经济全球化进程的日益加快，企业面临日趋激烈的竞争，构建并提高自身的核心竞争能力应该成为其必然选择。所谓的核心竞争力就是企业在生产经营股过程中形成的不易被对手模仿的能力，本质内涵是让消费者得到真正好于、高于竞争对手的不可替代的价值、产品、服务和文化。企业的竞争优势要成为其核心竞争力必须具备用户价值性、延展性、独特性和动态性4个条件。这里所讲的核心竞争力是基于企业所拥有和控制的资源，主要来源于企业人力资本、核心技术、企业声誉、管理能力、研究开发能力、和企业文化6个方面。其中技术和人才是核心，因此提升企业核心竞争力就要以技术创新为核心，以企业文化为后盾，吸引、留住人才，调整企业内部结构以提升企业的整体能力。核心竞争力在形成以后，企业仍必须重视核心竞争力的巩固和发展。【关键词】：核心竞争力? 技术创新? 企业文化? 企业资源 Enterprises core competence and promote the way?【Abstract】The quickening day by day of the economic globalization process, enterprises face the keen competition day by day, structure and improve ones own core competence power not to should become their must be chosen. The so-called core competence is the ability difficult to be imitated of enterprises by the rival taking shape in a burst of course of production and management, it is in intension not essential let get really just consumer on, higher than by irreplaceable value, the products, service and culture of rival. Competition advantage of enterprise is it become core competence their must possess user value , prolong malleability , uniqueness , dynamics four terms to want. The core competence spoken here is on the basis of resources that enterprises have and control, stem from six respects of enterprises manpower capital , key technology , enterprises reputation , managerial ability , research development ability , and corporate culture mainly. Among them technology and talent are cores, so promote enterprises core competence and regard technological innovation as the core soon, regard corporate culture as backing, attract , retain staff , adjust the structure inside enterprises in order to promote the whole ability of enterprises.
