旅游团队导游服务集体是怎样组成的?他们之间怎样才能建立起良好的协作关系?
What is a a tour guide service group composition? How to frim a good cooperative relationship in the group?
A tour guide group is composed of a national guide, a local guide and a tour leader. A national guide who travcls with the tour throughout china represents the local ageney which orgational the trou. A local guide represents the local agency which receive the tour and a tour leader represents the agency from which the tourists come.
Though they work for different agencies, they have the fundament for cooperation when serve for the same tour.
they have the same object of work- tourists in the same group .
they have the same task – carry out the travel plan, arrange and make sure every travel service.
They have the same goal – organize the travel activities for the tour members and supply good services to satisfy them.
In fact, the cooperation among the tour guides is the cooperation among the three travel agencise. They must do their work according to the agreement signed among the agencies and the agreement sigend between the agency and the tourists.
They should work hard and try their best to serve for the tourists,smooth their way ,care for their wefare, answer their questions and give them a wonderfull and rewarding experience during their stay.
When the guides work together. Each of them should ask for the others’ cooperation. They should communicate whit each other , change ideas and work on the same idea,respect two other’ rights and benefits. Found a relat.
