摘 要 2009年以来，受全球金融危机影响，我国经济发展速度放缓，对外贸易增速明显回落，对进出口业务依存度很高的国际货运代理企业也随之进入“寒冬”期。如何拓展生存和发展空间、抵御后危机时代威胁是当前我国国际货运代理企业需要面对的严峻考验。在这种货代市场格局大变动，全球经济形势不明朗的情况下，我国货代行业的现状表现在中小货代企业数量众多，但竞争力并不强，无法正面与国外进入我国的许多实力强大，管理健全的货代公司竞争。中小货代企业面临着缺乏核心竞争力、人才缺乏等问题，因而需要在降低各种可规避风险，完善服务体系，加强人才培养，从多方面积极探寻发展新出路。 本文以广州冠捷货运代理公司为例。先从本国和地区的两个方面分析货运代理业的现状，尤其是我国中小货代公司在当前的后经济危机时代的现状。然后重点论述了冠捷货代公司，从经济、政治、文化、技术四个方面和产业结构分析冠捷公司的外部环境。接着从公司现状，业务能力分析公司当前的优势和劣势，即公司的内部环境分析。作为中小企业，必然面临着深入发展，做大做强的问题，本文以SWOT分析法，第三方物流，对公司进行发展设计，并在把握相关优势和劣势的同时对公司将来的发展提出对策，指明方向。 关键词：国际货运代理; 中小企业; 第三方物流; SWOT分析; 核心竞争力 ABSTRACT Since 2009, the global financial crisis, slowing Chinas economic development, foreign trade growth rate dropped significantly, highly dependent on the import and export business of international freight forwarding company also entered the winter period.
