Social etiquette is formed by the specific custom in the communication among people and abided by everyone. The Oriental and western people have different cultural backgrounds and customs, and people abide their own etiquette in social communication. With the further development of China, especially after joining the WTO, there are more and more opportunities to communicate with foreigners .It will help us faster and better to have a talk with them if we understand some westerners life etiquette and also can avoid some unsuitable behavior in various occasions.
