延龄草提取物抗炎、镇痛和凝血作用的研究_药学论文 延龄草提取物抗炎、镇痛和凝血作用的研究_药学论文 作者：喻玲玲，邹坤，汪鋆植，朱烈彬，周媛，杨进 【摘要】 　　目的研究延龄草乙醇提取物、醋酸乙酯萃取物和正丁醇萃取物抗炎、镇痛和凝血作用，筛选其活性部位。方法采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀模型和检测NO含量评价延龄草乙醇提取物的抗炎活性；用扭体法观察延龄草乙醇提取物的镇痛作用；采用玻片法、毛细管法测凝血时间研究延龄草乙醇提取物的凝血作用。结果通过测定大鼠体内NO含量，延龄草乙醇提取物有抗炎活性，与模型组相比有显著性差异；延龄草乙醇提取物、醋酸乙酯萃取物和正丁醇萃取物对角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀均有显著的抑制作用，其中正丁醇萃取物比醋酸乙酯萃取物的作用更显著；对醋酸致痛有明显的镇痛作用，同时延龄草乙醇提取物有显著的促凝血作用。结论 延龄草乙醇提取物、醋酸乙酯萃取物和正丁醇萃取物有显著的抗炎、镇痛和促凝血作用。 【关键词】 延龄草； 抗炎； 镇痛； 凝血 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and thrombisis effects of ethanol extracts, ethyl acetate extracts and n-butanol extracts of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. MethodsThe rat hind paw swelling elicited by injection of carrageenan and measurement of NO concentration were used to evaluate anti-inflammatory activities; Analgesic effects were evaluated by torsion body method; expandedass and capillary tube methods were used to detect cruor activity. ResultsThe extract could decrease the concentration of NO , which was significantly different between control group and model groups; ethanol extracts ,ethyl acetate extracts and n-butanol extracts of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. significantly suppressed the edema of rat hind paw swelling elicited by injection carrageenan, and the effect of n-butanol extracts was more significant than that of the ethanol extracts of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. The extracts could decrease the body torsion times of mouse and promote thrombosis. ConclusionThe ethanol extracts of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. have marked anti-inflammatory, analgesic and thrombosis effects. 　　Key words：Trillium tschonoskii Maxim ; Anti-inflammatory; Analgesic; Thrombosis 延龄草Trillium tschonoskii Maxim.为百合科延龄草属植物，别名头顶一颗珠、芋儿七等。主产于西藏、云南、四川、陕西、甘肃、湖北、河南、安徽、浙江、福建等省，生于海拔1 000～3 200 m阴湿处， 湖北省主产于神农架林区和恩施州巴东县，是神农架著名的四大药材之一。味甘，性平，有小毒，是传统的名贵中药，有延年益寿的功效。主治头晕目眩、失眠、跌打损伤、外伤出血、神经衰弱、高血压病、脑震荡后遗症等疾病［1］，是恩施土家族著名民间药之一。 从国内外的文献报道来看，目前对延龄草的药理活性研究仅仅限于其抗炎、抗衰老和免疫作用。肖本见等［2］对延龄草Trillium tschonoskii Maxim根茎的水提取物和乙醇提取物做了抗炎活性研究，发现其具有抗炎和提高免疫的作用，而且醇提物的抗炎
