Allelic exchange was employed at last.【Result】PCR screen proved that the new combined plasmid had been inserted into chromosomal DNA.Conclusion mshB mutant constuction of Bfp BC88 provides a view for mshB’s role in pathogenicity.While Aeromonas is undoubtedly more commonly isolated from patients with gastroenteritis, there are reports of Aeromons sepsis, wound and ocular infections, peritonitis and meningitis, as well as a number of miscellaneous infections. To date, only seven of named species have been associated with human disease including: A. hydrophila, A. veronii biovar sobria, A. caviae, A. veronii biovar veronii, A.jandaei, A. schubertii and A. trota (Martin-Carnahan, 2005).Bfp, for bundle-forming pili, have been purified from all Aeromonas species commonly associated with diarrheal infection. These purified pili represent a family of typeIV pili with N-terminal amino acid sequence homology and pilin molecular masses of 19 to 23 kDa (Barnett, 1997). They are emerging human pathogens suspected to cause gastroenteritis ranging from mild enteritis to cholera-like diarrhea. 【Conclusion】They represent a family of typeIV pili, groupB, and as they form bondles they have been designated Bfp (for bundle-forming pili). A previous study showed Bfp are intestinal colonization factors.
