Study on the Knowledge Chain Management of Enterprise Based on Enterprise Life Cycle A Thesis Submitted to Chongqing University in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirement for the Degree of Master of Engineering By Li Junfeng Supervisor： Associate Prof. Chen Xiaohui Major： Industrial Engineering College of Mechanical Engineering of Chongqing University , Chongqing, China April, 2008 重庆大学硕士学位论文  摘  要  中文摘要  21 世纪是知识经济时代。知识成为了企业的核心资源之一，知识管理成为人 们的关注焦点。知识管理的目标就是实现知识的增值，进而提升企业的核心竞争 力。由于知识本身具有复杂性、隐含性等特点，目前国内外学者从不同的角度对 企业知识链进行了研究，然而如何高效地指导企业的知识管理和实践还有待深入 研究。本文旨在基于企业生命周期理论探讨企业知识链的构建以及在不同生命周 期阶段知识链管理的策略，以丰富企业知识管理、知识链理论研究，以更好地指 导企业知识管理的实践。 论文首先在大量文献研究的基础上分析了知识的内涵、归纳了知识的特征， 基于知识“波粒二象性”理论，并结合知识的三个维度，探讨了知识管理的两种 模式以及实施原则。 其次，论文在研究知识链的定义、内容的基础上，通过企业内外部知识活动 过程的分析，构建了企业外部知识链模型和企业内部知识链模型，利用系统动力 学分析方法，探讨了知识链运作过程中知识增长的原理和影响因素，提出了知识 增长抑制环路和知识老化环路模型。 最后，论文分析了企业生命周期理论，探讨了企业知识增长与企业生命周期 阶段的相互影响关系。并以房地产企业为例，探讨了不同企业生命周期阶段下知 识链管理的应对策略。 关键词：知识管理，知识链，知识增长，知识老化，企业生命周期 I 重庆大学硕士学位论文  英文摘要  ABSTRACT With the society developing, the knowledge economy is becoming a leading social economic formation. The knowledge becomes one of core resources in the enterprise, in this condition, the knowledge management appears, and it is focused by people. The object of knowledge management is that the knowledge is growing and the core-competence is promoting in the enterprise. The scholars at home and abroad have been put forward the concept of the knowledge chain for catching the essence of knowledge management to research and practice, further researched knowledge chain, and many companies had some practical behaviors. In this background, the object of this paper is to construct and practice the knowledge chain. First, this thesis induces the knowledge characteristics based on the knowledge intension analysis, with the knowledge “wave-particle duality” theory and three dimension analysis of knowledge, proposes two strategy models and implementation principle of knowledge management.
