科华生物工程股份有限公司的知识管理 摘 要 知识管理是目前比较流行的一种新的管理方式，特别适合于以技术 为主要支撑的高新技术企业。上海科华生物工程股份有限公司作为一家 高新技术企业首先在研发中心进行了知识管理的实践。本文在介绍国外 有关知识管理理论的基础上，通过科华公司在其研发中心具体实施知识 管理的实践，探讨了该公司制定知识管理的战略和实现战略的战术路线 图，以及实施知识共享、知识扩散、知识创造和知识产权管理的具体做 法。然后分析了公司实施知识管理之后的具体收获和产生的问题，总结 出在制度管理、人员管理、创造知识的环境、以及科研成果和经济收益 等方面的良好收获。同时也指出了包括知识管理层面和组织管理层面的 问题，并提出了改进的方法，为公司在其他部门或其他同类型公司进行 知识管理提供了借鉴。最后指出知识管理不是一蹴而就的，而是一个持 续改进的过程，只有领导的长期支持和学习型组织的形成，才能使知识 管理获得成功。 关键字：知识管理，知识地图，知识创造，知识扩散，知识共享 THE KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT OF KEHUA BIOENGINEERING CO. LTD. ABSTRACT The knowledge management, a new kind of way of management, is getting popular in recent years and is more suitable for the high-tech. companies. Being a high-tech. company, Shanghai Kehua Bioengineering Co. Ltd. starts to practice the knowledge management in its research center. In this article, based on the introduction of the foreign theory on knowledge management, the practice of knowledge management in Kehua research center is introduced in detail, including how to make the stratagem of knowledge management, how to make the knowledge maps and how to realize the knowledge share, knowledge diffusion, knowledge creation and intellectual property management. Then the pros and cons are analyzed on the results of knowledge management in Kehua research center. It is concluded the good points on system of knowledge management, management of research personnel, construction of the environment of knowledge creation and the great income from the research product; in the mean time, the problems on knowledge management and organization are indicated and the suggestions are given. All these can be used for reference when the other departments in the company or the other similar companies start to practice the knowledge management. At last, it is mentioned that knowledge management is a long-term process of improvement. Knowledge management can be succeeded only under the long-term support of lead ship and construction of learning organization. KEY WORDS: knowledge management
