Epothilones drugs from Microorganisms had a role in microtubule stability, which had strong activity, high selectivity, low toxicity. Epothilones was expected to replace the paclitaxel to be a new generation of antitumor drugs, which had great market prospect. As the differences in the economy, politic, technology and culture, their markets and development had certainly changed. The production situation at home and abroad, research development(RD) and market dynamics of the current this kind drug were analyzed, At the same time, a number of recommendations was given, it was expected that there will be some guide for the relevant enterprises and government departments to formulate business strategies and clinical application medicine.
