According to incomplete statis鄄 tics, there are more than 25% of the patients were hospitalized for urinary calculi. In recent years, with the continuous upgrading of medical equipment, the means of urinary tract stones constantly was updated. The new technologies of minimally invasive stone extraction and lithotrip鄄 sy, has gradually replaced the traditional open surgery. But a variety of means have certain scope of application and characteristic. Author referred literature in recent years related to surgical treatment combined with many years of clinical experience, summarized the advantages of various treatment methods, characteristics and operation indications, for peer reference.
