Abstract的使用 李军 2009-7-31 概要 IP用到的Abstract功能 Abstract启动方式介绍 数据准备 参数设置 数据验证 IP用到的Abstract功能 生成LEF文件 提取Antenna信息 Abstract启动方式 独立运行：Abstract 嵌入Virtuoso启动 嵌入Virtuoso启动 Abstract界面 菜单说明 菜单说明 数据准备及建库流程 Tech.lef GDS Schematic Library PDK library 1、新建library Abstract （启动） 与Virtuoso在相同目录启动。以便共用cds.lib文件。 建库 新建一个Library，以避免抽取过程对Layout的影响。 该文件包含了Antenna提取需要的各种信息。 2、Import Tech.LEF Tech.lef是在提取antenna时才需要的。如果只提取Pin坐标,则不 需要它。使用前注意核对layer name与virtuoso的tf中是否一致。 该文件必须在gds之前导入。否则可能会导致LEF中Pin的 坐标（X，Y）值与Layout不一致。因为tech.lef中定义的版图的 UU/DBU属性可能与stream in中定义的不一致 。 3、导入GDS 此时，可以先关闭Abstract，用Virtuoso 完成接下来的操作。 将gds导入新库，并添加tf文件。 在这里要注意，gds必须是DRC、LVS等 检查都已通过的最终版本。 4、添加Schematic View 将Schematic.view拷贝到新的Library。 以便提取过程中读取Net信息。 5、给Layout增加prBoundary 这一层用于规划IP的大小，属于标识层。 今后可以在Layout设计时就加入这层。需 要注意Stream out GDS文件时要在map文件 中添加对这层的说明，否则会丢失。 6、从Virtuoso启动 Abstract Virtuoso Preview 这步会检查有没有prBoundary。 Abstract Editor 这步会添加Abstract按钮到工具栏。 Create Abstract 这步会弹出设置窗口，然后启动Abstract。 Abstract启动，并且读入Layout和Schematic信息。至此准备完毕。 参数设置 Pins Step Extract Step Abstract Step Verify Step Pins Step Map Text Boundary Blocks Extract Step Signal Power Antenna General Abstract Step Adjust Blockage Fracture Site Overlap Grids Adjust Step Create Boundary Pins Adjust Step Boundary pin max distance to boundary On the Adjust tab allows you to specify the distance (in microns) of the signal net or power net geometries from the boundary so that they can be considered as boundary pins.
