Thanks to the involvement of all the blade teeth in c tting the wear of the blades is relatively even. The improved design allows self- sharpening of both the r nning and fixed blades. So the c tting power de creased with time going on. Readj sting the gap between the r nning and fixed bladesway allow the c tting to con tin e when the blades areworn o t, and the blade life is q adr plicated. Since forward p shing only means advance and primary c tling of part of stalks, the c tting is mainly completed by the spinning of the r nning blades.
