Abstract O jective T o explore the risk factors and protctive factors of type 2 dia etes mel-
litus. Method In the case control study, the patients w ith type 2 dia etes mellitus exactly is
case, the person w ithout type 2 dia etes mellitus is control. Category matching and mult-i factors
logistic regression model is applied. Result BM I, age, drink, salty diet, economy, DM family
history , are risk factors, while vegeta le, jo intensity, pressure, are protective factors. Conclu-
sion T he risk factors eing prevented, and the protective factors eing paid attention to can re-
duce the rate and prevent the type 2 dia etes mellitus in future.
