two—echelon supply chain consisting ofone supplierand one retailer．Fourdifferentmodelsare
considered：thebasicmodel，thecarbonemissionmodel，thecrabonemissiontradingmodelandthe
carbontaxmode1．Wefindthatthegovernmentpolicyonallcarbonemissionmodelsisnotuniversal
amongthefirmsaswellashtecustomers．Thecarbonemissiontradingpolicyisalwaysbetterthanthe
carbonemissionpolicy andthecrabon taxpolicy whenhteallocated carbon emission quotasare
greaterthanthecarbon emissions．Thecarbonemissiontradingpolicy isprovedtobeaneffective
mechanism whichcanmotivatethesupplychaintoreducecarbonemissions．Undercertainconditions，
thesupplychainprefersthecarbonemissiontradingpolicywithhighercarbonpricetootherpolicies．
IntheframeworkofStackelberggamewiththesupplierastheleader，foreachcarbonpolicy，thepaper
presentscoordinationmechanismwiththeall—unitwholesalequantitydiscountcontract AWQD ．We
analyzeand comparethe influence oflow—carbon policies on chann elcoordination ofrthe four
low—carbonpolicies．Numericalexperimentsareconductedtoexamineourfindings．
