Abstract: Based on the apa ity of d istribution enter and transfer station, the s ope of their distribution region is d ivided
respe tively, and the un ertain border region is divided into several d istribution un its by adding road grade. F irstly, the trans
fer stations are de ided to d ivide the d istribu tion un its. A ording to d istribution osts of the units, the fix ed osts and varia
b le osts of d istribu tion enters and transfer stations, the operation resear h m odel of border distribution region partition is
established. Geneti algorithm is applied to design the en oded s hem e, by w hi h d istribution un its hoose the d istribution
enters and transfer stations, and then the program is w ritten to solve the partition problem.
