[摘要 ] 以某款微型汽车为对象 ,对空调蒸发器表面结霜对制冷量的影响进行了分析 ,对温度传感器位置和
( )
控制参数 切断 /接通温度 进行了优化 。汽车环境模拟试验结果表明 ,优化后空调各出风 口平均温度降低了 17
～2 7 ℃,压缩机的切断次数降低了 79% ,提高了车内环境的舒适性和空调系统的可靠性 。

[ A b stract] The effect of the fro st on the evaporator su rface on the coo ling cap acity of A / C system in a
Changan m in ivan is analyzed, and an op tim ization on the location and con tro l p aram eter (on / off temp eratu re s) of
the temp eratu re sen sors is conducted. The re su lts of te st in a clim atic w ind tunnel show that after op tim ization the
temp eratu re s in all air ou tlets decrea se by 17 ～2 7 ℃ and the frequency of the comp re ssor ’s cu toff reduce s by
79%. So the com fort in the p a ssenger comp artm en t and the reliab ility of the A / C system are imp roved.
