动力总成悬置系统多体动力学分析 The Multi-body Dynamics Analysis of Powertrain Mount System 钱留华，郭静 （湖北武汉，东风汽车技术中心） 摘要：论述了动力总成悬置系统力学特性的一般原理。以某车型动力总成三点悬置系统为例，利用多体动力学分析了该动力总成悬置解耦特性及动力总成在多种工况下质心的位移、悬置位移及支撑处反力进行了计算。文中论述了多体动力学法分析动力总成解耦计算及位移控制计算对动力总成悬置设计具有一定的指导意义。 关键词：动力总成悬置系统，解耦，位移控制，多体动力学 Abstract: this thesis relates the general principles of mechanical properties for the powertrain mount system. With a vehicle powertrain mount system of three point for example, using the multi-body dynamics analysis, powetrain mount decoupling characteristics are analysed and in various conditions of displacement of the center o
