第 42卷 第 9期 上 海 交 通 大 学 学 报 V0L42NO．9 2008年 9月 JOURNAlOF SHANGHAIJIAOTONGUNIVERSITY Sep．2008 文章编号2008)091524—05 两级物流服务供应链任务分配模型 刘伟华 ， 季建华 ， 周 乐。 (1．天津大学 管理学院，天津 300072；2．上海交通大学 安泰经济与管理学院，上海 200052) 摘 要：在不确定需求的情况下，研究了物流服务集成商(LSI)面对多个功能物流服务提供商 (FLSP)时如何进行订单任务分配的问题．结合物流服务供应链 (LSSC)订单任务分配的特点，给 出 了基于多种物流能力的任务分配模型，考虑了IsI成本最小化、FLSP满意度最大化和惩罚强度最 小化、不同能力之间尽可能匹配等条件，并给出了模型的求解方法．利用LINGO8．0软件对任务分 配模型进行算例分析 ，探讨了不确定程度和关系成本系数对任务分配结果的影响．研究结果表明： 随着不确定程度的增大，IsI的总成本将增大，FLSP的总体满意度将降低 ，而总体的惩罚强度将增 大；LSI关系成本系数对FISP总体满意度和惩罚强度有紧密的关系，关系成本系数越大，FLSP的 总体满意度越大 ，惩罚强度则越小． 关键词：物流服务供应链；任务分配；不确定程度 ；关系成本 系数 中图分类号：F273．7 文献标识码 ：A AnOrderAIlocationModeIjnTwO．Echelon LogisticsServiceSupplyChain LIUWeihua ， JJJianhua ， ZHOULe!
