Based n the general principles f the A value meth d in single-b x m del, H was ascertained by Technical guidelines f or i environmental impact assessment-A tmospheric environment ( HJT22-93) , and the single-b x m del meth d amended f r calculating the value f A at vari us atm spheric stabilizati n levels. Based n the range f A in vari us regi ns advanced by Technical methodsf or making local emission standards of airp ollutants ( GBT13201-91) , the standard c mpliance rate meth d was advanced acc rding t daily averaged standard c mpliance rates, and differentiated as the pr babilistic f rmula meth d and chart meth d in acc rdance with different meth ds in ascertaining c mpliance rates.
