Execution
制造执行系统(ManufacturingSystem，MES)可以为用户提供一
个快速反应、有弹性、精细化的制造业环境，帮助企业减低成本、按期交货、提
高产品的质量和提高服务质量。制造执行系统(MES)是企业CIMS信息集成的纽
带，是实施企业敏捷制造战略和实现车间生产敏捷化的基本技术手段。
本文首先阐述了gZS系统的应用背景和意义；其次，从兰州石化公司的生产
经营现状出发，分析了业务流程中存在的主要问题，对MES管理系统应用进行了
可行性研究；再次，通过综合应用所学理论知识，分析了MES系统模块设计及应
用范围；最后，讨论了该公司MES系统的应用方案。指出通过应用肛S系统管理，
可以进一步完善公司信息化建设，实时掌握企业的生产计划、运行管理、生产执
行和生产统计等情况，帮助公司实现决策科学化、管理高效率化和控制最优化，
从而提高企业的经济效益。
