Humanismisoriginallyaconceptinphilosophy.Withthedevelopmentof
technologyandsociety,humanbeingspositioninanyorganizationisnolongerwhat
itwasbefore.Peoplesrolehasgraduallystartedbuthasgreatlydifferedfrom
machines.Howtogetpeopletoworkwithalltheirheartswithouttoomuchcostin
managementhasbeenaquestionformanyyearstomanymanagers.Byathorough
reviewinbotheasternandwesternphilosophy,itisfoundthatthephilosophical
conceptcanbeusedinmanagement.Man,whereverheis,hastherighttopursuethe
happinessasheseesit.Evenwhenheisatwork,hestillwantsandneedstobehappy.
Thisisactuallyhisnature.Therefore,anyonewhoprovidesemploymentisalso
responsibleforthepleasurehisemployeescangetbyworkingforhim.Itissomehow
commonsensethatthesatisfactionofacertainneedorneedscanmoreorlessbring
menhappiness.So,thedissertationgoesontoexplorewhathumanbeingsneed,how
theirneedsformandchangeandwhatrolehumannatureplaysintheformationand
changesofneeds.Theresearchfindingsofthispartshowsthathumanbeings,for
mostofthetime,arewillingtoserveothers,andarewillingtosacrifice,butitwillnot

leadership,organizationalstructure,incentiveplansandpeoplerelations.Whatis
