齐鲁护理杂志 2005年 7月第 11卷第 7期 　 JOU RNAL O F Q ILU NU R S NI G J u l. 2005 Vo l11 N o 7B 　 恶性血液病患者癌因性疲乏的护理干预 ( ) 何彩菱 惠州市中心人民医院　广东 惠州 51600 1 ( ) 　　摘 　要 　目的:探讨恶性血液病患者癌因性疲乏 CRF 的护理干预方法及效果 。方法 :将住院接受化疗的恶性 血液病患者 70例 ,随机分为观察组和对照组各 35例 。对照组接受常规护理 ,观察组除接受常规护理外 , 由专职护 士对癌因性疲乏进行护理干预 。分别在干预前 、后对两组患者进行癌因性疲乏和生存质量评估 。结果 :干预后两组 ( ) 患者的疲乏程度和生存质量比较差异有显著性 P 0. 05, P 0. 0 1 。结论 :护理干预可缓解或消除恶性血液病患 者癌因性疲乏 ,提高患者的生存质量 。 关键词 　恶性血液病 ;癌因性疲乏 ;护理 Nursing in terven tion on can cer rela ted fa tigue in pa tien ts w ith ma lignan t hem a tolog ica l d isea ses. M ethod s: 70 p atients w ith m alignant hem ato logical disea se s were divided into ob servation group ( 35) and con tro l group ( 35) at random. Then the evaluation wa s conducted on cancer related fatigue and quality of life in the two group s by u sing b rief fatigue scale before and after in tervention.
