基於產業空間集聚視角的城鎮土地集約利用機理分析 田光明 （南京農業大學中國土地問題研究中心，江蘇南京210095） 摘要：研究目的：從空間角度分析產業空間集聚過程中土地利用方式及集約利用模式的變化情況，探索區域產業集聚、擴散與土地集約利用的內在時空變化規律。研究方法：文獻資料法、因果分析法。研究結果：產業空間集聚的集聚經濟效益與集聚不經濟效益使得土地集約利用模式從粗放利用—集約利用（以經濟效益為主）—過度擴張利用—集約利用四個階段的變化過程。研究結論：合理引導產業空間集聚，避免集聚不經濟現象的出現，促進土地集約利用。 關鍵字：土地利用；產業空間集聚；效應；機理 Mechanism Analysis on Intensive Urban Land Use on the Base of Industry Spatial Agglomeration TIAN Guang-ming （China Centre for Land Policy Research，Nanjing Agricultural University，Nanjing 210095，China） Abstract：The purpose of this paper is analyzed land utilizes way and mode in the process of industry spatial aggl
