化工销售 ERP 系统公司间业务研究

摘要:化工销售 ERP 系统是中国石油最早全面上线的ERP 系统,覆盖全国六个地区性化工销售公司和多
家下属分公司。各大区公司总部之间、大区公司总部和分公司之间的购销业务是系统应用的重要内容,需
要根据各大区公司的不同的管理模式及市场策略制定合适的公司间业务解决方案。本文对公司间业务的三
种解决方案,即标准销售和标准采购订单解决方案、公司间采购解决方案和跨公司销售解决方案进行研究。
首先分别介绍三种方案的实现方式,之后从系统配置、主数据、系统操作等方面介绍了公司间采购和跨公
司销售流程的实现方法,并从集成性、系统操作、库存管理、纠错成本、分公司管理模式、记账方式等方
面对三种方案进行深入的对比分析,最后结合化工销售ERP 系统的应用实例说明三种方案的适用范围,为
中国石油ERP 系统深化应用及中国石油外部的ERP 系统实施提供参考依据。

Abstract: Chemical Sales ERP system is the first go-live ERP system of China National Petroleum Corporation
(CNPC), it covers six regional chemical sales company and many subordinate branches. The purchase and sales
business among headquarter of regional companies, and among headquarter of regional company and their
subordinate branches is an important content of the ERP system. It needs to choose proper solutions for
cross-company business according to the need of different management modes and marketing strategies of
different companies. In this paper three kinds of solution for cross-company business are studied, including the
solution of standard sales order and standard purchase order, the solution of cross-company stock transfer order,
and the solution of cross-company code sales order. Firstly it introduced the outline of each sol
