第六届全国土木工程研究生学术论坛 清华大学 2008 盾构施工过程深层土体水平位移实测研究 1 2 1,2 1 董越鹏 ，朱继文 ，周松 ，黄醒春 (1. 上海交通大学土木工程系，上海 200240；2. 上海市第二市政工程有限公司，上海 200065) 摘 要：盾构法施工会对周围土体产生扰动，引起土体水平位移及地层沉降等一系列环境问题。然而目前的研究大多 围绕地表隆沉及分层沉降，对深层土体水平位移的实测和分析却少有涉及。本文将以北京地铁十号线11标 （麦子店西路 站～亮马河站地铁区间）隧道工程为依托，通过对盾构施工中监测到的深层土体水平位移资料的分析和整理，总结出盾构 穿越砂砾层时周围土体水平位移的一些规律，并从力学角度进行概要分析。在此基础上，采用FEM计算模型模拟分析周围 土体位移场，并与现场实测结果进行对比，研究了盾构施工过程切口压力、注浆压力、注浆量、盾构推进速度等对土体水 平位移的影响，得到了一些有价值的结论，为今后复杂地层条件下盾构隧道的施工及周边建筑物的保护提供理论依据和完 善盾构隧道工程的理论体系。 关键词：盾构隧道；水平位移；原位实测；数值模拟 In-situ Measurement Study of Horizontal Displacement of Deep Soil during Shield Construction 1 2 1, 2 1 DONG Yuepeng , ZHU Jiwen , ZHOU Song , UANFG HXingchun (1. Ltd, Shanghai 200065, China) Abstract: The shield will disturb the surrounding earth and induce soil horizontal displacement, ground settlement, and other environmental problems. While most of the exsiting research is concentrated on the the ground surface settlement and layered settlement, the horizontal displacement of deep soil is rearly studied. In the paper, based on the tunnel project of 11th bid section between West Maizidian station and Liangmahe station in Beijing Metro line 10, after arrangement and analysis of the date obatained in the construction, we get some rules of the deep soil horizontal displacement in the sandy soil, and make further analysis from the mechanic mechanism. On this basis, the FEM model is applied to simulate the stress field of the soil, studying the effect to the horizontal displacement
