S ci. , 2009 , 25 1 : 96 ～99 江苏省杂草稻的颖果显微结构观察 戴伟民 , 　宋小玲 , 　吴 　川 , 　张连举 , 　曹 　飞 , 　刘琳莉 , 　强 　胜 (南京农业大学杂草研究室 ,江苏 南京 2 10095) 　　摘要 : 　通过观察江苏省杂草稻不同成熟时期颖果颜色的变化 ,发现其颖果在未完全成熟前 ,与籼稻 93 11颖 果的颜色是一致的 ,都表现为绿色 ;一旦成熟后 , 93 11颖果表现为黄白色 ,而江苏省杂草稻颖果表现为红色 ,且随着 颖果的不断成熟红色素不断积累 。同时 ,采用徒手切片和石蜡切片方法 ,进行了江苏省杂草稻受精 7 d后颖果和成 熟后颖果 , 以及 93 11成熟颖果的解剖结构对比观察 , 阐明了其红色素的沉积部位 ,结果表明江苏省杂草稻红色素 主要沉积在果皮中 ,但种皮中也有少量沉积 。 关键词 : 　杂草稻 ; 颖果 ; 显微结构 中图分类号 : 　S451　　　文献标识码 : 　A 　　　文章编号 : (2009) Investiga tion of W eedy R ice( O ryza sa tiva f. spon tan ea ) and Its Caryopsis M icrostructure in J iangsu Prov ince DA IW eim in , 　SON G X iaoling, 　WU Chuan , 　ZHAN G L ianju , 　CAO Fei, 　L IU L inli, 　Q IAN G Sheng (W eed R esea rch L abora tory, N anj ing A g ricu ltu re Un iversity, N anj ing 2 10095, Ch ina) 　　A b stract: 　Through ob serving caryop ses co lor change s of weedy rice at different m aturity p eriod s in J iangsu Province, The caryop sis co lor of weedy rice wa s found to be a s green a s ind ica rice 9311 before fu lly m aturing. A fter m aturity, caryop sis co lor of 93 11 showed yellow wh ite,wh ile weedy rice in J iangsu Province showed red. Fu rthermore, red p igm en t accum u la ted gradually w ith the caryop sis becom ing more m ature. By u sing hand and p araffin section, the anatom ical structure of cary op sis among weedy rice 7 d after po llination, weedy rice and 93 11 at m aturity stage, were comp ared. The re su lts showed that red p igm en t of caryop sis of weedy rice in J iangsu p rovince m ain ly depo sited in p ericarp , and a little in seed coat. Key word s: 　weedy rice; caryop sis; m icr
