论我国药品编码的研究现状与发展趋势 安徽省滁州市第一人民医院一分院 （239000） 杨劲 摘 要：纵观20 年来我国医药编码的历史，由于医药卫生领域的专业性较强，分支学科多， 相应的主管部门从各自业务需要出发制定了适合自己的编码方式。但是这些编码目录均是出 于某一特定需要而各自为政、自由编码，无法达到“一码通天下”的目的。而目前我国医药 卫生体制改革催生出一条完整的药品供应链，因此必须根据我国国情，借鉴国际通行做法， 编制出一个大家都能接受的、覆盖相应领域与部门的、全国统一的标准化药品编码，来解决 在药品全生命周期各环节中药品编码信息的通用性问题。以便取代原来的各类编码，起到统 一药品标识的作用，从信息层面上有效打破目前医药卫生行业上述各环节各自为政形成的信 息壁垒，实现药品信息资源共享，来降低医药流通成本，加强药品监督管理。 关键字：药品编码 研究现状 发展趋势 标准化 信息共享 药品供应链 Study on the present research situation and development trends of “drug coding” in our country No.1 Branch of the first people’s hospital Chuzhou，Anhui Province 239000 Yang Jin Abstract: Review the history of drug coding of our country over the past 20 years, because the fields of drug and health is relatively professional, each department needs a code scheme suitable for itself, so each of these schemes are established for their own purpose, and cannot be used as a unified one. And the reform of medical and health care system hastens the birth of a piece of intact “drug supply chain” at present. So We can draw lessons from the international common practice, also based on the conditions of our country at the present stage, establish a nationwide unified and standardized drug coding scheme, which every party can accept, cover relevant fields and departments, and set up a “one to one correspondence” between drug and code, then we can solve the universal problem of drug code information in its whole life circle. The scheme will replace all kinds of original codes, unify drug labels. Then the information barrier among different parties will disappear, which will reduce the cost of drug distribution, realize the information sharing of drugs, strengthen drug administration.
