It has excellent technical performance than stop valves, plug valves and butterfly valves. This project introduces the design process and the content of the three-petal type of fixed ball valve were introduced , which is the most commonly used one. The design process mainly included The valve body and spare parts design and calculation, structural design, main spare part strength examination，Relevant process planning, assembly and testing etc. According to the requirements in the task of the graduation design, strictly followed the request of the ISO14313:2007 and GB/T 12224-2005 design standards and norms, referenced to the structure of the international and internal existing ball valves, and completed the design of the intermediate body, the Side body, bonnet , stem, ball and main spare parts and checking.
