秩序管理理论的构建 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 ——管理学基础理论的哲学建构之三 谭人中 广州铁路集团公司信息技术所长沙分所 摘要：管理学统一研究对象“秩序与混乱”在理论上的确立，解决了管理学研究在一般性、规律性方面 存在的瓶颈，使其理论能从宏观的状态视界审视管理现象，并由辩证法和耗散理论的规律、法则在微观上 去应对、处理管理问题。本文的贡献在于通过统一研究对象提供的视角，整理、归纳出管理的原理、本质、 及一般方法，帮助人们实现了对事物间相干机制及其规律性的认识。结合对秩序与制度较为深入的思辨探 讨，论证并揭示了其相依存关系的存在，对管理实践所具有的重要意义：使管理在实际工作中既有规律层 面的方向（秩序）可遵循，又能被自然规律客观的约束条件（制度）所限定，从而使管理理论及其方法， 在实践上具有了与复杂环境相适应、可操作的普适性意义。 关键词：一般管理原理； 管理本质； 系统、环境、手段； 一般管理方法； 信息控制环节； 秩序与制度 　　 　　 Construction of the order of management theory 　　　　　　　　 ——Management philosophy of the basic theory of the three construction Tan Renzhong 　　　Guangzhou railroad Group information technology Changsha Branch Abstract ：Management unified object of study, quot;chaos and orderquot; in theory the establishment to address the theoretical research in general, regularity, there bottlenecks to the state of the theory from the macro- management of vision to examine the phenomenon, by the dialectics and dissipative structure theory of law rules at the micro-up response to deal with management issues.
