A bstrac t: The shortage of the etroleum resources increased day by day has caused the new coal chem ical industrym ain ly
to roduce clean energy and alternative etrol chem ical roducts was ra id ly develo ed in China. The status of the w ater
resources shortage and the coal and w ater distribution in China seriously d isharm onic had made the w ater resources
becom ing one of the mi ortant factors to restrain the develo ment of the coal chem ical industry. The ro osed that thew ater
saving technique and technology, mi rovedw ater recovery and recycle technology, zero d;i scharg ing of circulated cooling
w ater, develo m ent of the surface w ater resources, w ater right transfer and other m ethods cou ld be the effective access to
solve the water shortage of the coal chem ical industry.
