摘 要
ABSTRACT
Into the economy, improve the training has become the core competitiveness of enterprises an important means of enhancing the quality of the staff, to speed up the accumulated knowledge and skills, build the enterprise culture, and strengthened enterprises cohesive force has an important role. But a mass of research indicate that China enterprise human resources management common and not set up for their own characteristics, to adapt to the development of modem enterprises employee training system. In this paper, the research object of dandong dawn automobile group is also like this. The traditional training train of thought and method is hard to adapt to the enterprise developing production personnel needs, training there exist some problems that gradually reveal.
