T e re- sult s ow ed t at t e mutagenecity of w ater increased in all samples treated wit c lorine, w ile mutagenic po- tential was negative in source w ater samples not treated w it c orine. By adding Na2S2O3 to c lorinated water samples, t ere ad less mutagenic activity . T e antimutagenic potentials of Na S O in t e c lorine w ater was 2 2 3 dose dependent, t e ig er t e mutagenicity of c lorined w ater, t e better t e beneficial effect of nasal.
