二 ○ 一 ○ 届 毕 业 论 文 生产类企业采购绩效评估指标体系与评价方法 （以泰金宝为例） 学 院： 专 业： 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 完成时间：2010年 月 二〇一〇年 月 摘要 企业要想通过高效的物流系统取得竞争优势,就必须拥有能准确衡量出物流绩效的评价系统。 本文对物流和企业物流系统相关理论的分析以及国内外绩效评价理论研究的基础上,探讨了对于企业绩效评价中物流系统的评价意义与发展趋势;选取生产型企业这一具有代表性的企业群体作为研究对象,分析了生产型企业的生产和物流系统特点;运用企业绩效评价理论,结合生产型企业物流系统的特点,分析和阐述了这类企业绩效评价构成要素;结合分析结论,借鉴供应链实施参考模型对供应链流程的描述,建立了相同的企业物流系统流程,构建生产型企业物流绩效评价指标体系,分析比较目前常用的各种系统评价方法,企业进行实例,根据评价结果给出相应的经济分析和改进建议,为指标体系的推广应用奠定基础。研究结论生产型企业甚至是各类企业绩效考评提供一种科学的管理方法,以望能对企业具体的运营、管理过程提供参考。 Abstract Enterprises through the efficient logistics system in order to gain a competitive advantage, it must have an accurate measure of the performance evaluation of logistics procurement system.
