Tw o basic conclusions draw n from the model are strictly demonstrated: ①A country’s econom ic developm ent is decided by the consistency betw een the regional distributive strategy of increm ent investm ent and the regional difference in m arginal investm ent revenue. ②T he coup le targets of efficiency and equity are strictly in conflict w ith each o ther if and only if the m arginal investm ent revenue in the developed regions is h igher than in the undeveloped, o therw ise the targets are . cons
