But compared with domestic and international advanced regions, there are still a series of problems such as inadequate utilization in biological resources, deterioration in water resources and environmental conditions, hysteresis in water conservancy infrastructure construction, non- effective control in natural disasters and untight link in product and market. To promote the rapid development of wetlands agriculture, the goal orientations of industrialization, ecologicalization, standardization, enterprization, intensification and modernization must be insisted.
