On the basis of energy flow in ecosystem ， this paper analyzes the channels and approaches of knowledge flow ， containing knowledge individuals ， knowledge chains and knowledge networks ， sums up the basic principles and characteristics of knowledge of knowledge flow ， discusses the efficiency of knowledge flow ， and puts forward several indexes of appraising knowledge flow efficiency.
