In recent years, silicone polymer, with advantages of superior sealing, heat resistance and weather resistance, has become a special coating substrate of choice for research and application. The silicone-polymer adhesion and resistance to medium performance could be greatly improved by epoxy-modified silicone with excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and electrical insulation. The performances of epoxy modified organic silicone coating, such as heat resistance, flexibility, are determined by the amounts of epoxy and silicone resin. Herein, a kind of epoxy modified silicone primer with better performance of high-temperature anti-corrosion was presented. The good high-temperature resistant coating was prepared by the modified silicone polymer through epoxy groups main and side chain. The experiments with different ratio of epoxy resin E-44 (E-44 ) and silicone resin 1153 (1153 model) as the base material, using three curing agents, were investigated, and the best paint form
