Abstract :The three cylindrical stator longitudinal flexural composite model ultrasonic motor drive mecha-
nism was studied ，the three cylindrical stator longitudinal flexural composite model ultrasonic motor of a
new structure motor was designed and manufactured ，and the experiment test was made． Results indicate
that the type of motor is simple and compact structure ，and has good performance ，such as fast response
speed ，good control characteristics and lowspeed and large torque ，the expected design objective has been
successfully obtained．
